MELT offers a system to combat chronic pain.

MELT stands for Myofascial Energetic Length Technique. The MELT Method offers a breakthrough self-treatment system to combat chronic pain and erase the effects of aging.  It rehydrates the connective tissue system with gentle, very specific pressure and movement, which starts the fluid in your connective tissue system moving again, thereby taking away tension and stuck stress.

 

This technique was developed by Sue Hitzman, who says, "if you want to be rid of tension (which often causes pain) why create more?" MELT is not exercise, but is very specific sequences instead. 

 

Using a soft roller and a small soft ball, doing the techniques for ten minutes a day can work wonders. You could feel fantastic in no time!! To begin appreciating the MELT Method you would start with the face, hand and foot treatments which are done with that small soft ball.
