Egoscue is a process for postural alignment.

The Egoscue Method is a postural alignment process. It can be wildly successful in a fairly short period of time. It was created by Pete Egoscue and thus it's name. He has written books which are an invaluable asset when learning how Egoscue works. Pete is known to say, "rediscovering the body's design and restoring it's function is a return to health".

Students are taught very specific exercises, known as e-cises which is short for Egoscue exercises. These e-cises are intended to realign joints. Namely, the four sets of weight bearing joints - shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. The work is to re-train muscles to hold the bones in the proper healthy alignment. The theory and practice is to straighten then strengthen. Many e-cises are static, meaning once the position is achieved there is nothing more to do.

There are many e-cises taught in class to the group as a whole. But this just scratches the surface. The real work, which changes posture and takes away pain, occurs outside of class. Everyday sessions at home make all the difference. There is great support available so, when in doubt, ask questions. Questions are answered promptly.

This class meets Tuesdays at 12:15 for 30 minutes

EXECUTIVE PLANNER'S GROUP
Blow the pain away and be willing to commit to getting straighter and stronger.

Small groups of 2 to 3 people meet every week for a month. The advantage of signing up for an Exclusive Planner's Group is that you get much more personal attention and guidance. The goal of the month long course is to establish a working Personalized Plan. In a Plan the e-cises are intentionally and sequential arranged and should be performed in the proper order for the best results. Once the new Plan is in place an accompanying new habit to do daily workouts is essential. There is plenty of support for you as you manage to gain and maintain your path to success.

This class meets Wednesdays at noon for 45 minutes.

$150 for 4 meetings.

Private sessions are also available. Book yours today.
